("White Sail," "we," "us," or "our"), a California-licensed real estate brokerage operating under DRE #02179388.
2. Description of Services
The Site provides informational content about White Sail Realty's property management and real estate brokerage services, including but not limited to rental market estimates, property listings, educational content, and lead-generation forms. Use of the Site does not by itself create a client, fiduciary, or agency relationship between you and White Sail Realty. A formal client relationship is established only upon execution of a separate written management, listing, or representation agreement.
3. Rent Estimates and Informational Content
Any rent estimate, market analysis, valuation, or other figure provided through the Site is an informational projection based on publicly available data, comparable properties, and proprietary models. It is not a guarantee of rental income, market value, or tenancy outcome. Actual results depend on property condition, seasonality, market shifts, tenant qualification, and other factors outside our control. 11. Limitation of Liability

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
